Parts & Service director at Dobbs Ford . I have worked at Ford dealerships in Birmingham from 1977-present. Tom has worked in every position at the dealership, from floor sweeper to General Manager, except for new and/or used vehicle sales. I’ve been married 44 years to the greatest woman God has ever put in a pair of sneakers. I have two grown daughters and three beautiful granddaughters with one on the way whom I spoil rotten every day. I am so proud to work for the Goshien’ s who are good Christians that not only talk it but walk it.
I started in the dealership business in 1980, in the wash pit. After a couple years, I moved to another dealer where I moved from a delivery driver, through shipping and receiving, then up to parts sales. I then moved into wholesaling parts to customers all around the country and have been doing that since. Now, I’m glad to be a lil help at Dobbs Ford. I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren, with one on the way in September. I enjoy Hunting, Fishing, and traveling. I have always considered myself 3rd. God is 1st…..my Family is 2nd.
Q would say that he was called to this business, and has been selling parts for about 5 years now. A knowledge intensive 5 years, which taught him the trade and ability to be able to assist you with any FoMoCo parts or related services that you would need. He has been at Dobbs for a year now and where he hopes to remain a vital piece of your part shopping experience in this community, where he was born and raised, for years to come. He currently has his first child on the way. He is also a Huffman High Alumni, has a great affinity towards music, is always open to learning.
