The Internet Manager, Braden is a wonderful young man! He did a great job at informing me on how the sales process would go. He was very polite over the phone and when I came in he greeted me in a professional manner and passed me over to my designated salesman. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle, Braden went above and beyond to give me excellent service. He gave me a follow up phone call just to check in on me after I left as well. Overall I was very satisfied with how this young man treated me.

Extremely easy purchase. We’re 100 miles away and out of state, but it only took one phone call to get the right deal the first time. They even delivered the truck, signed documents at the kitchen table, and took the trade with them. My local stores wouldn’t return my calls, even after having ordered an upcoming vehicle. After dealing with Iron City Ford, I cancelled the order with the local guys and placed it with Iron City. If you like easy, they’re your Ford dealer.

Took my 2014 Ford Focus in for issues with the notorious dual clutch transmission. From the start the service writer was polite and professional. Called the next day to tell me what they had found and quoted a price. Called later that day and told me more extensive issues had been uncovered but the repairs would be covered by the Ford extended warranty on that transmission. I spoke with the salesman and after two offers we agreed to an acceptable price. Drove to bham to pick up the vehicle and was greeted by a friendly staff. The vehicle was waiting for me with no hidden fees or any “oh I forgot “ price hikes. They even added a bed liner at no charge. This was the 5th new Ford that I have purchased and was by far the easiest and best deal I’ve had.
